This is an intensive 30 minute session that includes deep tissue massage and strategies to improve your physical wellness and reduce overall pain. Whether you just started a new exercise program, are recovering from an injury, and/or are ready to heal your body after years of repetitive stress (I'm looking at your hairdressers!) - give yourself the gift of healing.


Q: What can I expect?

A: You can expect to received targeted deep pressure and massage based on your desired outcome or goal. For most this means that I will work on either the upper or the lower part of your body depending on where the majority of your discomfort is found.


Q: Will it hurt?

A: It might. Most people describe it as “hurts so good” and never exceeding their personal level of discomfort.  Because what I do is intuitive, I am listening to your body to meet it where it is at – applying only enough pressure to encourage the muscle to release. Is there pain involved? Sometimes. Is it worth it? YES!


Q: Why only 30 minutes? I usually get an hour massage.

A: Short answer: It’s what I like. Longer answer: 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time for me to serve you fully, put you firmly on your path to healing, and ensure that I don’t fall into a “routine.” Any more time and we both run the risk of doing too much - leaving you sore and me depleted. There are plenty of people providing hour long relaxing sessions. I ONLY provide Intensive Intuitive Sessions. If that isn’t your jam – that’s ok!
